Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, Loan Originators who work for a Mortgage Broker Business, Correspondent Lender, or Mortgage Lender. The Loan Officer License Exemption for Mortgage Lenders and Correspondent Lenders expires October 1, 2010.

We can also fulfill your Continuing Education Requirement for Florida.  Each student who takes the 24-Hour Pre-Licensing course receives their first continuing education requirement for free a $45.00 Value

I do Loan Modification Services, Must I be licensed?

Yes if you do any loan modification services in Florida you must hold an active mortgage broker / loan originator license. This course is the state required course you must take in order to become licensed mortgage broker / loan originator. The deadline for anyone to become licensed to conduct loan modifications ended on 12/31/2009

The fine if you do loan modification services without a license is $1,000 a day !!!

Mortgage Companies

We can arrange to come to your place of business to teach the 24-Hour Pre-Licensing Course for four or more students at a time during business hours.

If your a mortgage company out of state we can arrange for one of our instructors to come to your location to teach the course. Your company would be required to pay all travel expenses of our instructor plus tuition for each student.
